Our proven process for results
We follow our simple 6-step process when delivering a new Squarespace website for your small business. We keep the process simple and efficient, to keep our pricing affordable, and adding as much value as we can along the way, so you get the best result possible.
1 —
Let’s get to know each other.
Once you've submitted your design enquiry, we’ll get in touch to arrange a call to discuss your project in more detail. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, and for us to get a better understanding of your business and needs for a new Squarespace website for your small business. Meanwhile, fire away and ask me any questions you have too!
After our call, we'll send you our deposit invoice and a summary of what we discussed, and the scope of the project. Once the deposit is paid we can schedule in a date to get started on your project.
2 —
It’s back to school for you.
Homework time.
Once the project is scheduled in, we'll send over a DropBox link, which includes all the folders you need to get ready and prepare for your website design! This will include gathering text, images and content, and filling out our client questionnaire with more in-depth details about the pages and features you'll need, as well as some more info on your target customers, brand USP and preferences.

Let the fun begin!
Once we get a great understanding of the brief, brand and project outcomes, we proceed (in most cases) to create a set of wireframes which sets out the content structure of the key pages. This is presented as black and white outlines with blocks for images, placeholder text, and spaces for buttons. Once we have done this, you can provide feedback on outlines regarding the contents. Once this is approved we can combine the wireframe, brief, brand and content and create these key pages in Squarespace.
4 —
Tell us what you really think.
Once we’ve completed a 'first draft' of the website, we’ll send you a Squarespace link to view the site draft. At this point, you will be prompted to create your own Squarespace account (if you haven't got one already) so that you can access the website. You can then give us feedback about how the website is looking and functioning, and any edits you would like us to complete. We will go through the feedback loop several times to perfect the design then populate the final site with the content.

3-2-1 lift off!
Let’s set it live.
Once you're happy with the website, we’ll collect a final balance payment and connect your domain to the new website. We’ll show you how to upgrade your Squarespace plan from a Trial to a paid plan, which will automatically publish your website so that people can see your brand new business Squarespace website design! If you've chosen our Squarely Business Package, we will also supply you with a graphic or two to share on social media to launch your new Squarespace Website.

It’s not over yet.
We’ll still be here.
Don't worry - we won't be leaving you just yet. Once the site is live, we will do a personal tour of the back-end of your website via Zoom so that you'll be able to make any edits you need in the future and have complete control over your new home on the web.
